THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF EXTENDED LIFE COOLANT:

CAT ELC

- Contains Glycol

CAT ELI

- Water-based coolant that does not contain Glycol

This coolant uses Organic Acid Technology (OAT) with additives extending the life of the coolant without the need for supplemental coolant additive (SCA).

Cat DEACTM and Cat NGECTM offer conventional coolant-proven technology which is an option for customers looking for lower upfront costs.

ELI

DEAC

Protects the cooling system in your equipment over a temperature range of -34°F (-37°C) to 265°F (129°C) when used as a 50/50 percent mix with water
Contains conventional coolant inhibitors providing superior protection for metal components, especially aluminum, against pitting and corrosion
Formulation minimizes the formation of foam
Available in concentrate

NGEC

Protects the cooling system of your natural gas engine over a temperature range of -34°F (-37°C) to 265°F (129°C)
Designed to prevent freezing and boiling while providing superior component protection
Approved for use in all Cat natural gas and diesel engines
Available in premixed solution
