Proven and powerful C32 engines and efficient hydraulic system generate fast cycle times, delivering peak productivity up to 4,000 t/hr. Certified to meet U.S. EPA Tier 4 Final/EU Stage V emissions standards, the non-SCR solution is maintenance-free and does not require DEF.

IMPROVED RELIABILITY & SERVICEABILITY

Spend more time loading and less time servicing with the new 6040 hydraulic mining shovel. Serviceability is enhanced with improved routing and layout of Cat hydraulic hoses, new engine oil exchange intervals, easily accessible Cat Type 4 air filters, improved condition monitoring with Product Link Elite, and improved HD undercarriage with fixed axle rollers and idlers, HD track pads and lifetime lubrication.
